During holiday periods, public holidays, traffic disruptions or campaigns, your package may be delayed. Please note that deliveries may change due to public holidays. Delays in delivery may occur in the event of force majeure, such as strikes, delivery, production or transport disruptions or natural disasters.

On working days your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
We send our packages with DHL. So you can track the package.
Standard shipping price is free. Additional customs costs may arise for countries outside the EU. These costs are borne by the customer.
DHL EXPRESS 1-2 WORKING DAYS
All orders placed before 2pm local time (Winter: UTC/GMT +1 Summer: UTC/GMT +2) on working days (Monday - Friday) are shipped the same day.
Shipping to a country which not listed EU takes 1-5 business days with DHL. Additional customs costs may arise for countries outside the EU. These costs are borne by the customer.
